生产部成型课拥有“日本东芝”、“台湾震雄”、“鸿泰”，直压式、曲肘式及两板式射出成型机台88台。并配有全电脑自动送料系统及氮气设备。 加工部喷油组拥有四条喷油生产线，一条UV生产线，喷油机械手三台，橡胶油烤箱七台。 加工部组装课拥有三条组装生产线。 加工部丝印组拥有三条丝印生产线，单色移印机十四台，双色、五色移印机和晒网机各一台。 工模部拥有CNC加工中心、静电火花机、钻床、磨床、铣床、车床、线割机等。 品保部拥有日本三丰三坐标测量机、日本三丰二点五次元、美能达色差机、恒温恒湿试验机、有害金属检测仪等。 Equipment &Facilities There are 88sets of the injection machines in the injection workshop,which are made by Toshiba,Japan,and partly by Chen Hsong and Hung Tai,Taiwan.The machines mostly are equipped with the robot arms as automatic material feeding systems. There are 4 assembly lines at assembly workshop,which is equipped with central air conditioner system.The decoration workshop equipped with air conditioner comprises 2 sections.a)Tempo section,including the five-color tempo print machines,infrared and ultraviolet equipments.b) Oil Spray Section,including the closed spraying rooms with high clean,automation spraying arm,ultraviolet equipments,conveyor lines with oven,as well as the oven specially for rubber coating. Equipped with the CNC machining center,EDMS,wire cuts,milling machines,lathes,grinds,drills,etc.
